I don’t think that marketing and church should always go hand in hand but this article does have some great points to make about the 8 to 12-year-old demographic.  I also don’t think that children or anyone for that matter should be viewed strictly as consumers.  All that to say, her remarks on “acceptance” and “talking socially” are key concepts to reaching this crucial age.  The bonus is her list of sites and brands that these kids really dig right now.  Can you say “cha-ching?”
